About
Hi, my name is Sarah, I have been working on my urban farm for 4 years now. I am on an adventure to build a farm out in West Point, CA called Mountain Herbs and Spices. I bought my farming property this year and I am very excited to create and build something special there with my community.

Vision
I have a passion for herbalism and natural medicine. I have taken courses and read many books over the last 5 years , then putting that learning into practice in my garden. I have a love for using plants to heal my community. My passion is combining herbalism with foods the way we have been doing for thousands of years. I want herbalism and natural medicine to be easily accessible in your kitchen. Simple.
